More than 100 people bundled up and waited in the cold starting at 4:15 a.m. Nov. 15 at the SuperTarget in Savage to await the release of the Cities Sampler Vol. 19 CD. The sales of the CD annually benefit several Minnesota charities. Those waiting for the store to open also were visited by Santa Claus (Connie Johnson of Target).
